TERMS & CONDITIONS :

Plus Enterprises Co., Ltd (T/A: Plus Travel & Tours) provides this business travel management information to you under these terms and conditions, understood and accept the “company’s terms and conditions” below:
The usage of this site will assume that you are financially responsible for all purchases made using your login.
The company shall take all measures to ensure that all information provided by you remain confidential and is protected from authorized access but will not assume responsibility for unauthorized access by any means.

RESERVATION, DEPOSIT, AND PAYMENT
A Deposit of minimum of 100 USD or 25% whichever is considered as highest on the tour price per person will be required; the deposit will form part of your final payment. Please note that the deposit payment does not guarantee the confirmation of the tour.  Balance payment must be made 30 days before the departure date. This payment terms may not apply to all tours and will be advised accordingly.
If full payment is not made by the stipulated date, the system may auto-cancel your reservation and also forfeit your deposit payment.

OUR VOUCHER
Upon starting the services, tours or check-in, guests must present a valid voucher or subject to charge. The voucher must be legible and clearly state the name of our Plus Enterprises Co., Ltd with the exact contact details, the name of guests, specific details that are included in the accommodation, packages, transportation etc...

TOUR PRICES
All rates are quoted in net to travel agent in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
Tour Prices are based on the current fares; services prices, government tax, and exchange rates are subject to change with or without any prior notice. Ferry timings, flight schedule and all services stated are correct as at the time of publication and therefore subject to change with or without notice or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

CANCELLATION OF TOURS AND HOTEL BOOKING
In the event of a cancellation in writing, a cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit will be levied booking has been confirmed.
If cancellation is made less than:
30 days before departure date – 50% of Tour price will be levied
15 days before departure date – 75% of Tour price will be levied
10 days before departure date – 90 % of Tour Price will be levied
Less than 05 days, 100% of Tour Price will be levied.
Please refer to individual packages. Terms and Conditions stated in the individual or promotional packages would super cede the above.

TOUR FARE EXCLUDES
Domestic & International airport tax, Domestic & International airfare and visa fees vice versa; all other listed price will be excluded in traveler’s personal expenses like Airport taxes, baggage charges, meals, beverages, room service or other listed in itinerary Gratuities to driver, Tour Guide or Tour leader Flight insurance and fuel surcharges.

TOURS FARE INCLUDES (FOR GROUPS ONLY)
We accommodate all kinds of groups like Educational Tours, Incentive Tours, Professional/Excursion Tours, Expos, and Trade Fairs Tours packages. Ideally, for groups at least minimum 25 persons require, and the fare includes all basic amenities will be provided.

INFANT / CHILD FARE
Eligibility: below 0-12 years (on the date of departure).
Child with bed will be based on the 100% of an adult fare
Child no bed 25% discount on total package 
For infant 0-2years the following policy is applied: all services are freebased no extra bed/meals, except air ticket.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION
We cater for every budget from 1 star to 5 stars. Our website provides you international information chains such as small boutique, hotel accommodations. In case that hotels accommodation is not available, a similar same category hotel will be replaced. The hotel reserves the right to replace your hotel accommodation with a similar category.

HOTEL CANCELLATION CHARGES
For a No Show booking; there will be no refund at all.


AMENDMENT FEE / CHANGES TO BOOKING
A 30USD amendment fee will be charged per booking for changes made to a confirmed booking.
There will be no refund for unused tickets; meals and sightseeing no tours not taken or accommodation not uses either in part or in full.

BAGGAGE
Most airlines extend one piece of baggage not exceeding 20 kilograms per person. Suitcase size usually does not exceed 29” x 20” x 10 ”. 
Any excess baggage charges will be borne by the client and in accordance with the carriers/suppliers regulations.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
All passengers are to ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure and have the relevant vaccination for the visa are required for visiting some countries.
The company will, whenever possible to assists you to obtain the necessary visas. The service charges for processing fee will be 30USD by the embassy of each country and will be borne by the passenger.
Any refusal of entry or deportation from a country due to improper documents, or breaching of immigration rules of the country will be the sole responsibility of the client.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We recommend that you purchase a Personal Travel Insurance policy prior to the commencement of your tours visiting.

EXTENSION OF STAY
Any extension of stay is to be made before the start of the tour and changes during the tours will be subject to the availability and all charges incurred will be borne by you.

LIABILITY
The company only act as ‘Agent’ for airlines, hotels/resorts, and other principals and assume no responsibility for any injury, damage, loss accidents or irregularity caused to the passengers or properties.
Neither the carriers nor agent shall be liable for any cost, expenses or damages that may occur during a tour from circumstances beyond their control.
It reserves the right to alter/modify or cancel the itinerary and hotel accommodation in any way necessary in the interest of the clients, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances that tours have to be canceled, a full refund of the tour value will be remitted back to you.
 

COMPLAINTS/CLAIMS
Any Complaints/claims (if any) must be made in writing within 2 weeks from the date of after return of services. No responsibility is accepted in respect of any complaints/claims, which are not made after 2 weeks, will not be entertained.
